From an early age I was encouraged to hike and backpack in the outdoors. In recent years I have grown a deep passion for photographing the experiences I encounter while hiking in the outdoors. Photography has become my medium of sharing these experiences.

My initial love for lighting and composition began with a career in the motion picture industry where I have spent the last decade working in the lighting department.

This deep connection to nature has become my creative voice and outlet which allows me to express my love for the outdoors, composition, and light.
